Office Administrator – Part Time,  20hrs Per Week

Munster Drone Services is an innovative drone solutions company based in Millstreet, Co Cork. We have a new and exciting vacancy for a part time Office Administrator. This is a great opportunity for an experienced office administrator to join our growing team and help manage the day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, enthusiastic and looking to progress their career further.

Main Duties Will Include:

  • Maintain the smooth running of the office by organising office operations and procedures.
  • General administration duties to include responding to emails, letters, answering calls and arranging appointments.
  • Order & repair processing and dispatch.
  • Maintain showroom, ensuring that it is fully stocked and presentable.
  • Other duties as they may arise.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years office administration experience.
  • Excellent IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
  • A positive and flexible attitude and self-starting ability.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Salary: €30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Start Date: March 2024
